The Little Fans' Holidays - Winter

Les Vacances des Petits Fans are back from Tuesday 21 to Friday 24 February for a 4 afternoon workshop for 6-10 year olds.

The relationship to the body and gesture is essential in Lee Ufan's artistic practice. During this creative workshop, children experiment and play with the sense of rhythm, space and movement in creation, in the manner of Lee Ufan. 

Day1: The rhythm

• Observation of the paintings From Line and From Point, then work in music at Espace Ma on the motif, rhythm and breathing.

Day2: The Body

• Observation of the With Winds painting and then dance and mime exercises (imitate/incarnate wind, water, earth, fire, stone...). Creation of a drawing in the manner of With Winds.

Day3: Color

• Observation of the paintings Dialogues to work with color, to study its creative tool and the effect of the gesture on the canvas. Learn the theory of color, experiment with Lee Ufan's painting technique.

Day4: Creation

Rhythm games and intuitive drawing, creation of a painting by applying the acquired knowledge.

Gauge: 6 children maximum
Schedule: 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Fee: €60 for the 4 sessions (visit and workshops, including snacks)
